Q: How safe is my property?
A: Security is our #1 priority. The door to your unit is alarmed and is monitored seven days a week and 24 hours per day. During access hours, alarms are monitored by our managers. When the facility is closed the entire building is secured with door contacts and motion sensors, all of which are monitored by a central monitoring agency with instructions to contact the police or fire department to respond to any alarms. We have 16 video security cameras on site. Only persons with an authorized code have access to the facility. There is also an intercom system throughout the facility so that our tenants can stay in touch with the office personnel. All tenants must present a valid picture identification card in order to rent a storage unit and access the facility. You can also purchase property insurance at our facility.
Q: Is the storage area clean?
A: Every day we clean driveways, hallways, storage units, roll up doors, the office and bathrooms. Our regional manager visits the facility every week to confirm that the facility is spotless. Cleanliness is our promise to our customers!!

They can also provide you with packing tips to help maximize your space as well as protect your goods. Our units are nearly 10 feet high, giving you up to 25% more space than many other storage facilities. |
